Daybreak Command

Who this is for
Daybreak Command is an internal CRM used by licensed insurance agents of Daybreak Financial and its partner agencies (“the agency”). It is not a consumer product and has no public sign-up. Agents are invited by the agency and sign in with a password set at invitation.
What we store
- Agent account data: name, email, phone, timezone, licence (NPN) number, contract level, profile photo and business-card image, and activity inside the app.
- Business records the agent enters: leads, clients, appointments, tasks, notes, applications, policies, commissions and expenses. Consent to be contacted is recorded for every lead and honoured; opt-outs are permanent.
- We never store Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or medical information.
Google Calendar
An agent may choose to connect their own Google Calendar. When they do, we request the Google scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events plus basic profile (openid, email). We use it only to:
- show the agent's existing Google events on their CRM calendar so they do not double-book;
- add, update or remove the appointments, callbacks and time blocks the agent creates in the CRM, on their Google Calendar, if they leave that option on;
- show which Google account is connected.
For each Google event we keep a cached copy of the title, start and end time, all-day flag, location and the link back to Google. We do not read Gmail, Contacts, Drive or any other Google data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone other than the agent it belongs to. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. The agent can disconnect at any time from Settings → Calendar, which revokes our access with Google and deletes the cached events and tokens; they can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Daybreak Command's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI assistant
The in-app assistant drafts text and summarises the agent's own records when asked. Prompts are sent to Anthropic under a zero-data-retention arrangement; every call is metered and shown to the agent. The assistant cannot send messages, place calls or book anything on its own.
Who can see what
Every record is scoped to the agent who owns it. Team leaders and the agency owner see production numbers for the agents below them, never those agents' lead or client records. Google Calendar events are visible only to the agent who connected the calendar.
Retention and deletion
Records are soft-deleted (hidden, then purged on a schedule) so that mistakes can be reversed. Disconnecting Google Calendar deletes cached Google data immediately. Agents who leave the agency have their access revoked; their business records remain with the agency as required for insurance compliance.
Contact
