Use of the service
Daybreak Command is provided by Daybreak Financial to its licensed agents and partner agencies for managing their insurance business. Access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account.
Compliance
You agree to record consent before calling or texting any lead, to honour opt-outs, to respect quiet hours, and to enter no Social Security, bank, card or medical data. The app enforces these rules where it can; you remain responsible for the rest under TCPA, state insurance regulation and your carrier contracts.
Connected accounts
Connecting a Google Calendar is optional. By connecting you allow the app to read your calendar events and to create, change and remove the events you book in the app, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We may change or withdraw features, and we may suspend accounts that misuse the service or leave the agency. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the current version.
